I got my first tattoo with Wave. He made the process so simple and stress-free, walking me through every step of the process. My requested idea was small and simple (a note in my wife's handwriting), but he treated me as if I was a VIP... advising me on placement, helping to correct a minor design issue that I made, and making sure everything was absolutely perfect before he applied the stencil. It has been a few weeks; everything has healed cleanly and the tattoo looks perfect! I would definitely recommend him!

Hands down the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, my artist showed an exceptional understanding of the skin, body, and tattoo process. He explained how everything works — from skin growth patterns to how the immune system reacts — and applied that knowledge with precision. What really stood out was how comfortable the entire session was. I usually find tattoos rough and painful, but this time I barely felt a thing at first. He adjusted his angles and technique depending on which way the skin grew, and when the pain did start to build, he applied a solution that in just a few minutes, seemed to completely reset my skin and nerves. It literally felt like we were starting fresh. He was smooth, gentle, and incredibly precise. The tattoo turned out perfect, and I was comfortable the entire time. I honestly didn’t think a tattoo could feel this easy. 100% recommend!

My husband saw Wave for his first tattoo and the experience was so fun that I decided to get one a week later. Wave is super patient and kind. He is also incredibly knowledgeable, not just about tattoos, but so many other things as well. I believe Wave could make a multi-hour appointment feel like it went by in seconds because he's just so fun to talk to. I got a very small tattoo, so my appointment was quick and easy, but I had a really great time talking to him while I was there. If I ever decide to get another one, I will absolutely go back to Wave. I can't recommend him enough!

I've been a client for a long time now, and I've been tattooed by other artists in the past. However, once I found Wave, I decided I'd never go to another artist as long as I'm still living in Ohio. His shop is clean, he's very good at what he does, and he takes the time to make sure it's done right. He also seems to genuinely care about his clients and educating them. In the past, he's done watercolor work for me, words in script, all-black floral work, and restoral of tattoos done by other artists that weren't so great. I've gotten so many compliments on the work he's done even years later. This time, he did a couple new watercolor memorial tattoos and re-worked a previous piece to make the colors really pop again and go well with the new ones. I will update my review to include pics after my new tattoos are healed. Here's the bottom line- you get what you pay for and he is well worth every penny. You can't go wrong with him and his shop!

Wave’s Raditattoo parlor was pristine…spacious, clean, unique décor, and professional. My wife and I felt very comfortable being there. From the start of communicating via text what my wife and I wanted, Wave was very responsive to discussing our tattoo ideas. I wanted to sleeve and my wife needed a cover up. Through messages and pictures, he was able to formulate the concepts of what we were looking for. He really took the time to understand the meaning behind our images and what they meant to us. Wave is experienced and a very talented artist and he can make your ideas a reality. He’s able to think quickly and resolve those “I don’t know how to bring it all together moments”. I sent him images of what I wanted for my sleeve, boats, anchors, my current lighthouse, and the North Star. I sent him a descriptive text about what I wanted and where I wanted them. I didn’t really know how to make it all come together or if it was all possible. Funny enough, the two things I didn’t think to ask for was a compass and my wife’s name in a banner. And crazy enough as good as the tattoo is, the two items I love the most are the compass and my wife’s name in the banner. He used those items to make everything fit together. I wanted my wife’s name, but where I wanted it would not have been good at all. Wave realized that and came up with the extra features that were needed to bring my tattoo to life. My wife needed some touchups in a cover-up she had done and what we thought was just going to be some shading, some color, and my name in small print under the original tattoo, turned out to be something so much better. He was able to incorporate my name into it better than both of us could have imagined. We had about 10-11 hours with Wave and he made our time memorable; we enjoyed our time with him. Wave made what we thought were good ideas and turned it into something great. It’s artwork that we are both proud to have on us. We highly recommend Wave at Raditatoo, you won't be disappointed!
